In our “Dolce Spa” by Jacuzzi with sauna, hot tub, emotional shower, Hammam, heated bench and Kneipp path, you can spend unforgettable moments of pure relaxation, immersing yourself in an atmosphere of peace, harmony and well-being, letting yourself be lulled by sweet music, the fragrances of aromatherapy and the energy of chromotherapy. Give yourself a cudle and free your mind by choosing from the various healing and relaxing treatments that we are pleased to offer you. From the enveloping Californian relaxing massage to the decontracting Hot Stone Massage, our professional operator Francesca will be able to ta ke care of your body and your well-being. We also offer therapeutic, physiotherapy treatments and lymphatic drainage, carried out by Carlo, a professional rehabilitation therapist.

Our “Dolce Spa” is also open to customers who do not stay at the Domaso Residence.

Wellnes Tour

With the Wellness Tour you can enjoy all the services of the “Dolce SPA” with a maximum stay of 90 minutes, with the exception of the Kneipp pool. Including Kit (bathrobe, towel and slippers

  • Entrance shower: Compulsory passage before entering the wellness tour, it prepares your mind and body to benefit from the healing properties of water.

  • Hammam: pleasant both in winter (it helps to prevent problems associated with cold releasing respiratory ways to avoid muscle pains) and in summer (it lowers body temperature, giving a refreshing action). It does not present any particolar counter-indications.

  • Emotional shower: pleasant experience through artic fog and tropical rain. Different flavors, warm and cold colors and tempeartures bring you into a sweet relaxation

  • Sauna: it has a decongestant and relaxing action which facilitates the recovery after physical activities. It works by relaxing both the nervous and muscle system, improving either body temperature regulation or the psyco-phisical balance.

  • Heated banch: propaedeutic to the use of the sauna and Hammam, it helps the body to reach the ideal temperature to maximise the benefits of the whole tour.

  • Water blade: the flow of cold water surrounds the body by arranging a pleasant thermal shok after the permanence in the sauna and jacuzzi.

  • Hot tub: being placed in a tub “Jacuzzi” at 37° with “mille bolle” (thousands of bubbles) nozzles offers beautiful and relaxing sensations. The whirlpool, toghether with the airmassage, nicely complement the wellness tour.

  • Kneipp path: the therapy, dicovered and promoted by the abbot Kneipp in the mid 1800, improves blood circulation, up from deeper areas to the capillaries.

Massage therapies

  • Californian relax: it involves the entire body surface acting profoundly also on the mind. Wrapping around, it is characterized by sllow and rhythmic, fluid movements with pressure on muscles and sweet stretching.

  • Anticellulite (Legs and Abdomen): it stimulates the circulatory, ymphatic and nervous System, and relaxes the muscles, accelerating and promoting the normal process of skin desquaamtion. Enarging the pores it helps to eliminate toxins and fat deposits such as cellulite.

  • Muscle relaxation: it allows the right rearrangement of the body posture, relieving stiffness and tension blocks, even after overload due to sport activities. It helps breathing and circulation, producing a feeling of general well-being

  • Antistress: it is made with delicated movements capable of giving well-being and harmony. It gently relaxes body and mind, creating and releasing new energies.

  • Shiatsu: it is an ancient oriental technique and it is grounded in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is based mainly on pressure made with the fingers and palms along the energetic meridians or on specific areas, thus putting into circulation the flow of energy through the organs, glands, muscles, joints and blood. It promotes psychological, emotional and physical well-being, fighting stress and stimulating the metabolism it increases the efficiency of the immune system and improves joint mobility.

  • Tuina: it is a manual technique that comes from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is an integral part of this medicine and agrees with its theoretical and philosophical references. Thanks to the strict protocols it allows to treat the most common aesthetic problems, in particular cellulite activating blood circulation and promoting tissue metabolism dissolving its stagnation.

  • Ayurvedic: it restores body’s balance and aims at physical and mental healt. It is considered an excellent tool of fight stress and a valuable aid in integrating the treatment of various diseases.

  • Hot Stone: it helps to loosen muscle stiffness and to improve joint mobility while relieving tension in the spine. It detoxifies and improves body’s metabolic exchanges.

  • Plantar treatment: massagingthe so-called “reflex zones” of he foot, the operator can handle a wide range of common ailments that reflexologists claim to be directly related. The benefits are immediately noticeable and give a pleasant feeling of relief.

  • Face: it is a real solution to combat daily fatigue and it fights the onset of natural wrinkles that occur with the passage of time. The skin, after the treatment, results soft and elastic.

  • Linfodrenante: it facilitates the expell, through diuresis, of the fluid excesspre sent in the body. Thanks to a manual lymphatic drainage the circulation of the same liquid is favoured.

Outdoor Jacuzzi

In our gardens you will find a reserved area with a Jacuzzi for the exclusive use of the guests of  “Residence Domaso”, covered and heated, with an adjoining relaxation area. It can be used free of charge, in rotation, without reservation.
